All boats are required to have emergency engine kill switch, which must be attached to the driver any time the gas engine is running. Running lights must be turned on at time of check-out and during times required by State Regulations. At the discretion of the Tournament Directors, tournament days may be shortened or canceled due to unsafe weather or water conditions, etc. If tournament is canceled, the entry fee will be refunded or applied to the next tournament at the Tournament Officials’ discretion.

Sportsmanship

Competitors are expected to follow high standards of sportsmanship, courtesy, safety, and conservation. Any infraction of these fundamental sporting principles may be deemed reason for disqualification. Drunkenness by any competitor during the tournament will not be tolerated and shall be cause for automatic disqualification. Maximum courtesy must be practiced at all times, especially with regard to boating and angling in the vicinity of non-competitors who may be on tournament waters.
